TX Office Suites is a Keller, Texas based Commercial Builder / Development Company of Green Built office condominiums in Northeast Tarrant County and the Greater Keller, TX area. TX Office Suites was established in 2005 with the primary mission to develop extraordinary, ultra energy efficient office buildings for savvy business owners who desire to own their own office space, rather than lease.
We use the latest design technology and green building practices, enabling us to be on the forefront of innovation. We pride ourselves on our ability to form productive relationships with local businesses and government. TX Office Suites is well known as an active member in the U.S. Green Building Council and the Greater Keller Chamber of Commerce. In 2009 and 2010, TX Office Suites was nominated for the Community Leadership Award.

Bill Dodge - Builder / Developer

Bill is a Keller, TX resident since 2001. After retiring with 31 years of service with the state and federal government, Bill founded TX Office Suites and dedicated his efforts to designing and building affordable Green, high quality, ultra energy efficient office and medical buildings in the Greater Keller, TX area. His company's philosophy is "Building Wealth Through Office Ownership." He is the Chairman of The Greater Keller Chamber of Commerce for 2011, he recently received the Director of the Year Award for 2011 and is a Member of the U.S. Green Building Council and President of a local Home Owners Association.
Debbie Dodge - Realtor
Debbie is a full-time Realtor with Prudential Worldwide REALTORS in Keller, TX. She specializes in Residential, Relocation, Commercial and Investment Properties and received the GREEN designation with the Texas Association of Realtors, passing a series of training programs regarding purchasing, building, valuing, renovating and selling GREEN buildings. During the last 3 years, Debbie consistently ranked in the top 10 for Sales Agents with her real estate company. Debbie is an Ambassador with The Greater Keller Chamber of Commerce and was named Ambassador of the Year in 2008 and 2009 and Volunteer of the Year for 2010.
