Attic: Spray Foam Sealed Attic - Provides a sealed, semi-conditioned
attic for the Heating and Cooling System allowing the system to run at its
peak efficiency and saving over 60% in utilities. By insulating the attic,
the attic temperature is within a few degrees of the living space creating a
more comfortable and healthy working environment. The attic trusses are also
reinforced with high wind straps providing protection in excess of 110 mph
winds.

Private Entrance: It is important to ensure a healthy working
environment by minimizing the use of harmful chemicals in the construction of
the office. We use low or no VOC (Volatile Organic Chemicals) products in
our flooring and paint which contribute to the continual healthy air within
the office. Many high VOC products can release harmful chemicals into the
office air for up to 20 years.
