I would like to take a moment and let you know just how amazing it has been to office in this building. When the Chamber started looking for a new location, we looked all over Keller and saw many different options. It was very intriguing to consider a green building; however none of us imagined all the benefits that it ultimately brought us.

Our utility bills are incredible low, unheard of for running a business. I will list the actual bills for a 12 months stretch. Not only is the building incredible energy efficient, but no one on staff has come down with winter illnesses, like the flu, cold, etc since we have been here. It is comforting to know that the air supply is renewed every 20 min!

Now that we have been so fortunate to be able to work in this green building, I cannot imagine selling our space and moving into a regular business building. I would recommend this project, recommend green living, and recommend Bill Dodge. Our purchase of the space from TX Office Suites is the best business decision we made!
